Wanda and Smitty ABOUT THE ARTIST Originally from Huntington, West Virginia, Wanda moved to Dallas, Texas, in 1962. She met and married her Texan in 1964. Together, they have two grown sons and three wonderful grandsons. The year 2006 finds Wanda and Smitty, her husband of over 40 years, retired and living in the beautiful mountains of East Tennessee. A self-taught artist, drawing and painting has been an enjoyable hobby for Wanda since the early days of childhood. She says, she learned to manipulate oils and pastels through many years of frustrating trials and errors. "WANDA'S PAINTSHOP PLUS" has been created for family and friends to enjoy.
